On How I Belt

I have been doing this thing for awhile now. I wear a belt over my top layer--be it a scarf or sweater, I belt it all in.  I was inspired by J. Crew (what else?) years ago and here I am today in the office in a floral print dress, cashmere cardigan, and a skinny belt to rope it all in.
